Immaculate is the perfect title for this image, as technique, vision and impact are perfect! Lighting and composition are spot on, and Aisii is positioned perfectly to draw the eye to the flower and her eyes. The curves and tilt of her head give the image a sense of drama and tense control, but at the same time soothes the spirit with her beauty and flawless complexion. This is not an original composition, but I have not seen it done better! I would recommend using a red rose, that would match Aisii's red nails, and add a heightened sense of drama to the image. Congratulations!
Other than the color of the flower matching her nails, as Impact57 pointed out, I find the angle of her head to be a sticking point for me. You've got a great S-curve going with her body, but the way she's holding her head interrupts the flow of the eye, almost like a stutter. It doesn't quite look natural. Perhaps if she held it slightly closer to the shoulder? That's the only critique I have to offer--you certainly nailed the exposure and lighting.
